What flavors are available?

We currently have four flavors: Fine Green Salt, Smoked, Herbs and Garlic, and Traditional. We will soon be launching two new ones: Arena Tatacoa and Pradera.

Where are the products manufactured?

All seasonings are manufactured in Colombia, with selected ingredients and controlled processes to guarantee quality and freshness.

What makes them different from other seasonings?

These are natural blends with balanced proportions for an authentic and consistent flavor. They contain no artificial preservatives or colors and are designed for easy preparation without the need for sauces or liquid dressings.

Do they contain preservatives or additives?

They contain no artificial preservatives. They only include a small amount of silicon dioxide , a natural anti-caking agent that prevents the spices from clumping together.

What does “premium spice and seasoning blend” mean?

This means that each jar combines selected high-quality ingredients to provide a balanced and consistent flavor, ideal for home or professional use.

What size are the jars?

Each jar contains 100 grams of mixture.

How long does the product last after opening?

It is recommended to consume it within 24 months of opening and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

How should I store them?

Store them in a dry place, away from direct light and heat, with the lid tightly closed.

Can I use them in an air fryer, grill, or frying pan?

Yes, all seasonings are designed to work perfectly in different cooking methods: grill, pan, oven, air fryer, barrel.

What recipes do you recommend for each flavor?

On the website you'll find ideas and recipes for each blend. You can also scan the QR code on the packaging to discover uses and combinations.

Do they sell kits or combos?

Yes, we have kits and gift sets that combine different flavors. They will be available soon in our store.

Where can I scan the QR code on the bottle?

The QR code takes you to www.saborqba.com , where you can find more information about the products and updated recipes.

Payments and orders

Can I pay in dollars or Colombian pesos?

Yes, the payment system will automatically adjust to the currency of the country from which you make the purchase.

Do I receive confirmation when I place my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and shipping information once it has been processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Where are the orders shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Miramar, Florida (USA) and from Colombia , depending on the destination country.

What carrier do they use?

In the United States we work with USPS , and in Colombia with local carriers depending on availability.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In the US, between 3 and 7 business days.
In Colombia, between 3 and 10 business days , depending on the city.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by writing to berraco@saborqba.com.
Please attach photos of the product and your order number to process your case.

Can I buy QBA products at trade shows or physical stores?

Yes, you can find us at fairs, events and, soon, in selected stores.

Can I share my recipes using QBA?

Of course! We love seeing you cook with our seasonings. You can upload your content to social media and tag us as @saborqba.

How can I join the ambassador program or collaborate with the brand?

We will open regular calls for ambassadors, chefs, and content creators.

It's a Colombian expression that reflects strength, authenticity, and character. It represents our way of cooking: with attitude and real flavor.

What is the founder's favorite seasoning?

It depends on the day — but Smoked meat always has a special place on the grill.

Can I use QBA in sweet recipes or desserts?

Yes. Some flavors like Traditional or Fine Green Salt combine very well with nuts, honey or butter for glazes and marinades.
