Ingredients
- Beef leg
- 1–2 tablespoons of QBA Smoky Flavor
- 14 oz of tomato
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 red onion
- A finely chopped head of garlic
- Guajillo chiles (for that tasty and spicy touch)
- A good beef broth
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 8 hours until the meat is tender and juicy.
- When you take it out, it falls apart just by looking at it.
