Beef shank in Slow Cooker (Mexican)

Ingredients

  • Beef leg
  • 1–2 tablespoons of QBA Smoky Flavor
  • 14 oz of tomato
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 1 red onion
  • A finely chopped head of garlic
  • Guajillo chiles (for that tasty and spicy touch)
  • A good beef broth

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 8 hours until the meat is tender and juicy.
  3. When you take it out, it falls apart just by looking at it.
