Chicken breast in the air fryer
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts or thighs (thawed)
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
- Spray oil
Preparation
- Defrost the chicken completely.
- Dry it well with paper towels to achieve a good golden color.
- Season it all over with QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic.
- Preheat the air fryer if necessary.
- Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 20–30 minutes , depending on the thickness.
- After 10 minutes, turn it over and apply a little spray oil.
- Continue cooking until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) .
- Ready! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and with an undeniable flavor.
