Chicken breast in the air fryer

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
  • Spray oil

Preparation

  1. Defrost the chicken completely.
  2. Dry it well with paper towels to achieve a good golden color.
  3. Season it all over with QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic.
  4. Preheat the air fryer if necessary.
  5. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 20–30 minutes , depending on the thickness.
  6. After 10 minutes, turn it over and apply a little spray oil.
  7. Continue cooking until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) .
  8. Ready! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and with an undeniable flavor.
