Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- 500g of cleaned and peeled shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Smoky or Herb & Garlic Flavor
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Corn or flour tortillas
- 1 sliced avocado
- Grated cheese (costeño, feta or mozzarella)
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Lemon to taste
Preparation
- Dry the shrimp with kitchen paper.
- Mix them with olive oil and SaborQBA until they are well coated.
- Cook in a barrel, pan or air fryer until pink and firm (2–3 minutes per side).
- Heat the tortillas.
- Assemble the tacos with shrimp, avocado, cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Amazing flavor with few ingredients.
