Baked salmon

Ingredients

For the salmon

  • 1 salmon fillet with skin (of a good thickness)
  • 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1–2 tablespoons of QBA Herbs & Garlic Flavor

Preparation

  1. Dry the steak and coat it with olive oil all over.
  2. Add an even layer of QBA Herbs and Garlic Flavor, without fear.
  3. In a hot pan with 1 tbsp of oil, place the salmon skin-side down until it is nice and crispy.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F .
Serve:
Served over white rice, drizzled with a cilantro and lemon vinaigrette that gives it a fresh touch.
