Salmon with pasta and stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (with or without skin)
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor (Smoky or Herbs & Garlic)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
For the stuffed mushrooms
- 6 large mushrooms (portobello or cremini)
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- ½ cup ricotta, cottage, or cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F .
- Mix the olive oil with SaborQBA and coat the salmon fillets well on all sides.
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the center and brush them with olive oil.
- In a skillet, sauté the spinach with garlic until wilted. Remove from heat and mix with your preferred cheese.
- Fill the mushrooms with this creamy mixture.
- Place the salmon fillets and stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake everything together until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 68°C / 145°F (approx. 12–15 min).
- Activate the broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
