Salmon with pasta and stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (with or without skin)
  • 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor (Smoky or Herbs & Garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

For the stuffed mushrooms

  • 6 large mushrooms (portobello or cremini)
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • ½ cup ricotta, cottage, or cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F .
  2. Mix the olive oil with SaborQBA and coat the salmon fillets well on all sides.
  3. Clean the mushrooms, remove the center and brush them with olive oil.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the spinach with garlic until wilted. Remove from heat and mix with your preferred cheese.
  5. Fill the mushrooms with this creamy mixture.
  6. Place the salmon fillets and stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Bake everything together until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 68°C / 145°F (approx. 12–15 min).
  8. Activate the broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
