SALMON WITH BUTTER (HERBS AND GARLIC)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salmon fillet with skin
  • Kitchen thermometer

Preparation

  1. Mix the softened butter with QBA Flavor until you get a uniform paste.
  2. Make diagonal cuts on the salmon (only on the top, without going all the way down).
  3. Spread the seasoned butter all over the salmon, including well inside the cuts.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the salmon butter-side down first to create a crust.
  6. Seal it for 4–5 minutes per side , turning it over carefully, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F .
  7. Serve immediately, accompanied by rice, risotto, or whatever you have in mind.
