SALMON WITH BUTTER (HERBS AND GARLIC)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salmon fillet with skin
- Kitchen thermometer
Preparation
- Mix the softened butter with QBA Flavor until you get a uniform paste.
- Make diagonal cuts on the salmon (only on the top, without going all the way down).
- Spread the seasoned butter all over the salmon, including well inside the cuts.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon butter-side down first to create a crust.
- Seal it for 4–5 minutes per side , turning it over carefully, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F .
- Serve immediately, accompanied by rice, risotto, or whatever you have in mind.
