Barrel-cooked Pork Loin
Ingredients
- 1 whole thick pork loin
- Season with QBA Flavor
- Meat thermometer
- (Optional) QBA Compound Butter for serving
Preparation
- Dry the pork loin well with kitchen paper.
- Season generously on all sides with QBA Flavor.
- Cook the loin until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C .
[Oven option: 300–325°F (150–160°C) ]
- Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting so that it doesn't lose its juices.
- Cut into thick medallions and, if you want to elevate it, serve it with a slice of compound butter on top.
