American Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- QBA Flavor – Smoky
- Homemade BBQ sauce (or any sauce you like)
- 2–3 pieces of compound butter (for this one: with cheese)
- Aluminum foil
Preparation
- Season the ribs all over with QBA Smoky Flavor.
- Hang them in the barrel over indirect heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) .
- Take them out, coat them in BBQ sauce and add compound butter on top.
- Wrap everything in tightly sealed aluminum foil.
- Put them back on the barrel grill until they reach the magic 203°F (95°C) .
- Take them out, let them rest for 10–15 minutes .
- I served it… with the bone falling off on its own.
