American Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • QBA Flavor – Smoky
  • Homemade BBQ sauce (or any sauce you like)
  • 2–3 pieces of compound butter (for this one: with cheese)
  • Aluminum foil

Preparation

  1. Season the ribs all over with QBA Smoky Flavor.
  2. Hang them in the barrel over indirect heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) .
  3. Take them out, coat them in BBQ sauce and add compound butter on top.
  4. Wrap everything in tightly sealed aluminum foil.
  5. Put them back on the barrel grill until they reach the magic 203°F (95°C) .
  6. Take them out, let them rest for 10–15 minutes .
  7. I served it… with the bone falling off on its own.
