Preparation
- Cook the chorizo in the barrel until it is well browned and juicy.
- Cut it in half, butterfly style.
- Spread the inside of the bread with QBA homemade Chimichurri.
- Lightly toast them on the grill so they get crunch and flavor.
- Assemble the sandwich and add more chimichurri on top.
