Cilantro and lemon vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 glass of fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- ¼ cup of rice vinegar
- 1 cup of fresh cilantro (well filled)
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor Fine Green Salt
- 1 ½ cups of olive oil
Preparation
- In a blender, mix: lemon juice, zest, sugar, rice vinegar, and cilantro.
- Once everything is well blended, slowly add the olive oil while continuing to blend to emulsify.
- Finally, add the Fine Green Salt and mix gently by hand or with low pulses.
