Urban Vegetable Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of QBA Herbs and Garlic Flavor or Fine Green Salt
  • Zucchini
  • Red onion
  • Paprika
  • Creole potato (or whatever you have available)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Carrot (optional)

Preparation

  1. Season your vegetables with your favorite QBA Flavor.
  2. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 190°C (370°F) for 15–20 minutes , until golden brown.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle a little QBA Fine Green Salt on top, just like you're a TV chef.
  4. I served it with one of the QBA dressings to give it color, texture, and that little something extra that makes everyone ask: what did you put in it?
