Urban Vegetable Grill
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of QBA Herbs and Garlic Flavor or Fine Green Salt
- Zucchini
- Red onion
- Paprika
- Creole potato (or whatever you have available)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Carrot (optional)
Preparation
- Season your vegetables with your favorite QBA Flavor.
- Bake in the oven or air fryer at 190°C (370°F) for 15–20 minutes , until golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle a little QBA Fine Green Salt on top, just like you're a TV chef.
- I served it with one of the QBA dressings to give it color, texture, and that little something extra that makes everyone ask: what did you put in it?
