Creole potatoes
Ingredients
- 500g of Creole potatoes (with skin)
- 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
- Oven preheated to 375°F (190°C)
Preparation
- Wash the Creole potatoes well and dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix them with the olive oil and QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic.
- Transfer them to a baking tray.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes , mixing halfway through.
- To check if they are ready, pierce them with a knife or toothpick (they should pierce easily).
- When they are soft, turn on the broil for 2-3 minutes for a tasty golden brown.
- Serve them! Plain, with guacamole, whey, or whatever you have in mind.
