Creole potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500g of Creole potatoes (with skin)
  • 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic
  • Oven preheated to 375°F (190°C)

Preparation

  1. Wash the Creole potatoes well and dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix them with the olive oil and QBA Flavor – Herbs and Garlic.
  3. Transfer them to a baking tray.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes , mixing halfway through.
  5. To check if they are ready, pierce them with a knife or toothpick (they should pierce easily).
  6. When they are soft, turn on the broil for 2-3 minutes for a tasty golden brown.
  7. Serve them! Plain, with guacamole, whey, or whatever you have in mind.
