Plum Jam
Ingredients
- 2 ripe (but firm) plums
- 1 tablespoon of QBA Traditional
- 2 slices of artisan or country-style bread
- Cream cheese (to taste)
- Pure honey
Preparation
- Wash and slice the plums into half-centimeter rounds.
- Sprinkle the QBA Traditional dressing generously on both sides of the slices.
- Take them to the barrel or grill, with indirect or gentle heat.
- Grill until browned and caramelized on the outside (3-4 minutes per side).
- Toast the bread on the same grill so it absorbs the flavor.
- Spread cream cheese on each slice of still-warm bread.
- Add the smoked plums on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle a little honey on top for the finishing touch.
