Cilantro lime rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of traditional white rice (Paisa style, cooked your way or in a rice cooker)
1 serving of cilantro and lemon vinaigrette (see recipe in the feed)
Preparation:
Cook the white rice as usual, without complicating things: traditional pot or rice cooker, whichever works best for you.
Once it's ready, let it rest for a few minutes and fluff it up with a fork.
Add the cilantro and lemon vinaigrette (the same one we used in the Greek salad).
Mix everything gently until the rice turns green and becomes fragrant.
Serve it warm or cold, as an accompaniment to fish, chicken, or just to enjoy it.
